This sake is a nostalgic sake that I used to drink a lot when I was a student. p It is a sweet sake with a wonderful mouthfeel and a unique, gorgeous aroma that is different from the ginjo aroma. The aroma is not unpleasant, so it is a very tasty sake that you can enjoy sipping on forever.

I bought this sake at an event in Yurakucho. Mr. Fuyuki was selling it, but he was a very talkative person and there were never a shortage of customers. You are a salesman, aren't you? The taste is a rich dry sake. It is a mixture of various old sake, so it is very drinkable and tasty. The entrée was a random dish called "Mekabu Natto". It is simply natto mixed with seasoned mekabu and other pickles, such as okra, green onion, ooba, myoga, or other spicy vegetables. Please give it a try.
