This sake was given to me as a leftover from a normal sake normal hill competition the other day. p What can I say, it is a very elegant sake with an apple-like, caramel-like, candy-like aroma. There are really fewer and fewer regular sake and more and more peculiar sake. Yes, it is a delicious sake.

I bought this sake at an event in Yurakucho. Mr. Fuyuki was selling it, but he was a very talkative person and there were never a shortage of customers. You are a salesman, aren't you? The taste is a rich dry sake. It is a mixture of various old sake, so it is very drinkable and tasty. The entrée was a random dish called "Mekabu Natto". It is simply natto mixed with seasoned mekabu and other pickles, such as okra, green onion, ooba, myoga, or other spicy vegetables. Please give it a try.

I bought this sake at a pop-up store for Aichi sake at the Kotsu Kaikan. The name "Kai" means that it is named after Oda Kaijin, and what a surprise, it is gold leafed. It is a delicious sake, sweet and rich but not heavy. p
