ギョーザ
I bought this sake about 3 years ago and forgot about it.
It is said to be a sake made with Sakura yeast, so the brewer must be very reluctant to drink it after it has aged, thank you very much. 🙇♀️
It is said to be characterized by a mellow mouthfeel and sharpness, but it is an aged honjozo sake.
