Today we continue with sparkling sake. I bought this along with the sake I bought yesterday.
I looked at the website of Kizakura and found that the dishes that go well with it are fried chicken, grilled meat, pizza, and french fries. I guess since it is a sparkling sake, foods with strong flavors go well with it?
I had Hiroshima's famous okonomiyaki together. It was a perfect match with the thick okonomi-yaki sauce.
The fruity aroma was very nice.

A Kizakura version of sparkling sake in the direction of Suzune or Mio type.
The label print is cute with yellow cherry blossoms.
It has a pineapple aroma, a clear color, and a nice, shwashy, cider-like sensation on the tip of the tongue, but it is not very sweet. It is a bit like a cider with a bit of bitterness.
As you drink it, you will get used to it and it will become less bothersome, but...hmmm?
I would like to drink it with creamy foods such as macaroni salad or gratin.
