ギョーザ
This sake is thick and full of umami with a lot of acidity.
The first sip was somewhat peculiar. I thought it was a bit peculiar at first sip, but as I drank it, I didn't mind it.
What was that peculiar aroma?
Nevertheless, it is a very tasty sake.
