The jasmine tea flavor is more pronounced than I expected, but I was surprised that it matched.
I personally prefer to drink it by itself rather than as a food wine.
It is a junmai daiginjo, but rather than being gorgeous, it has a full flavor of rice and a solid body. It is said to go well with meat dishes, Chinese food, and cheese.
Aged Sake Start with cold sake and enjoy the changes in flavor as the temperature slowly changes. It is quite tasty cold, but it would have been better warmed up.
