As the name suggests, it is super dry.
It is sharp but still fruity, a miraculous balance.
Of course it goes well with fish, but I think it is an all-rounder that definitely goes well with meat and fried foods as well.
Purchased on a trip to Nara.
As the name "dry" suggests, the taste is quite sharp.
It is a junmai sake, so there are no weird tastes, and the clean umami makes you feel that it must have been made from pure water and rice.
As for the taste, it is mellow and delicious, but it has a bit of a brewer's alcohol habit, so it may not be just right for those who like fruity drinks.
It is meant to be served hot, but I had it cold. It is definitely suitable for hot sake, but it is also good cold because it is originally quite refreshing.
