The fruity and sweet aroma comes with the first sip, but after drinking it, it is clean and light and does not linger. Since I drank it at a restaurant, there is no fizzy feeling at all.

Purchased a standard spring sake. When you drink only the top clearings, you will taste sweet and sour like strawberries. After stirring, the sweet and sour taste is followed by a delicious combination of umami and a hint of bitterness.
