Delicious! Clear! The sweetness, acidity, and fizziness give a sense of early summer! The fruity sweetness does not linger, and you can drink it in gulps!

Not good. Strong bitterness, difficult to taste the umami. Alcoholic taste comes afterwards. No sweetness at all. Update. After a while after opening the bottle, the taste becomes mellow and delicious! The taste is so delicate that it is hard to tell if you drink it right after eating.

It has less bitterness and other tastes than Ninosozo, and has a stronger gaseous and fermented taste. The fruity taste is restrained, and the yogurt-like fermentation is the most noticeable.

The fruity and sweet aroma comes with the first sip, but after drinking it, it is clean and light and does not linger. Since I drank it at a restaurant, there is no fizzy feeling at all.

Purchased a standard spring sake. When you drink only the top clearings, you will taste sweet and sour like strawberries. After stirring, the sweet and sour taste is followed by a delicious combination of umami and a hint of bitterness.

First time producing soil. Exquisite gasiness, fruity and a hint of bitterness. Aroma of yogurt softly afterwards. It became my favorite sake.
