This one is also a reminder 🙏 of this one.
It was more refreshing than the Hitogokochi.
(It's been so long since I drank it that I don't have the vocabulary to describe it.)
Shinshu Kamerei no Hitogokochi.
It has been a while since I drank it, so it is difficult to describe the details of the taste, but it was delicious 😃.
Personally, I liked Yamadanishiki better because it had a stronger rice flavor.
I would like to buy another bottle if I have a chance.
Kamiwari✨, which advocates a delicious Shinshu sake.
Highly aromatic and dry to drink 😆✨
But I was so drunk I couldn't remember the important flavors properly 😂.
I drank it all the day I opened the package and I'm sure it was delicious 💦.
I'll keep a record of it while I can remember 💦.
Beetle captured ✨
So open quickly 😆.
I have the impression that the aroma is little 🤔.
Not much (almost none) of a schwashy feeling either.
Not quite an adult lemon squash (carbonation 💦), but perfect acidity and light mouthfeel ✨.
The alcohol content is also low so you can gobble it up 😆.
This is a can't-miss drink this time of year ✨.
Maruishi Brewing Company ✨, well-known for its two hares
The rice variety is not listed, but the new brand "Maruishi" is brewed using the reintroduced "Banzai" rice ✨.
Open with high expectations 😆!
Fruity, citrusy taste 😆.
The acidity is calm and you can drink it easily 😆.
Wow, it's delicious 😋.
I drank it all in one gulp ✨
If you see this wine, don't hesitate to buy it ✨.
Purchased after being recommended by the owner.
A very solid sake 😆.
It is quite dry and has the dignity of a Japanese sake 🤣.
Personally, I prefer it if you let it sit for a few days after opening the package, the taste and flavor will settle down and become more agreeable.
If you like it, you'll love it 👍✨
Collaboration between Kaze no Mori (Aburacho Sake Brewery) and Shinmasa Sake Brewery.
Both are my favorite breweries so there can't be any mistakes ✨
This was a delicious sake that did not disappoint.
As described in the product description, it tastes and tastes like blue melon, and the 6th yeast is very active and vibrant 😄.
The blue melon flavor and umami spread out and left a lingering aftertaste.
It was more robust than the usual Kaze no Mori ✨.
This time it was a medium-brew, but I've heard that a rough push will be available around the end of May, so I'd like to try that as well ✨.
It was delicious 🍶.
Shinshu Kamerei, which I was lucky enough to purchase at the end of March.
The aroma was high and the mouthfeel was clean, but still fruity and tangy ✨.
The delicious flavor of the Yamada Nishiki rice can be felt right from the first sip, and it is a really good sake 🍶.
I personally liked it better the next day, when the piquancy and umami had settled down and opened up!
If you have the chance to buy it again, you should.
I mean, it's getting harder and harder to buy than it used to be 💦.
Please refer to the photos for detailed specifications.
Sake after a long absence from the liver.
Seishuzo is one of my favorite sake breweries.
They are always seeking and challenging themselves to make delicious sake.
This time it was a test brew from Sei Sake Brewery.
This time it was a test brew by Sei Sake Brewery.
The yeast is alive and well, and although there are some bubbles, there is almost no tingling sensation and it is easy to drink!
It has a really beautiful flavor with no unpleasant taste or peculiarities that are typical of Miyamanishiki. I personally have the impression that it is less fruity and less sweet, but I think it is an excellent sake to complement food 🤔.
I finished a bottle in no time at all.
It was delicious 🙏.
Tobiroki Junmai Daiginjo
I was lucky enough to get this.
I've had it a few times, and it's really stable✨.
It has a rich taste of Yamadanishiki that spreads in your mouth the moment you taste it.
It's not sour, and it's refreshing to drink.
I don't have much vocabulary, but I can only say "Delicious! is the only word that comes to mind.
You can really drink it as fast and as delicious as water💦.
Thank you very much!
The much-talked-about instrument Masamune
The label is also interesting and makes you want to pick it up.
This one is Honjozo.
Some brands smell like brewed alcohol and are hard to drink, but this one has a fresh aroma, a good balance of sharpness and acidity, and just the right amount of spiciness to make it a great drink.
It is a masterpiece that can be drunk with ease. It has very little miscellaneous flavors, and you can feel the skill of the toji (brewer) in brewing the original flavor of the rice.
It is also available at a reasonable price, and is a definite choice for honjozo sake.
I enjoyed it very much.
All of the Hououmida are delicious, but I think this one is the most cosmopolitan, based on both taste and price.
It was a really tasty sake with the flavor of Yamada Nishiki and a fruity taste like Muscat, combined with the acidity extracted by Arashiri in a clean and refreshing way.
Personally, the red version of the Special is also delicious, but this one is more to my liking.
The second day is still as delicious as the first, and it is a must buy when you find it.
It was delicious✨.
One of my favorite breweries, Maruichi Sake Brewery, had released an interesting sake, so I bought it, half as a jacket purchase.
Last year they used foreign rice, but this year they used Yume Ginka rice and brewed it with black rice malt from Kamigotojima (the same type of malt usually used for Awamori).
I felt the spirit of the sake brewery as I opened the package.
At the first sip, the black malt gives it an assertive, voluminous, brown sugar-like sweetness, but the aftertaste is clean and rice-flavored, making it a delicious drink.
I was so excited to try it that I heated it up, and the assertiveness of the black rice malt became even stronger.
If you like Awamori, you'll definitely like this one, but if you prefer a lighter, fruity sake, this one may not be for you.
It was an excellent product that made me want to celebrate the possibilities and challenges of sake making.
I would buy it again next year✨.
I was attracted by the spring-like packaging.
The package was opened quietly.
The aroma was subdued.
When you take a sip, it has a light aroma of young water rice and a fruity sweetness, yet it is refreshing to drink.
The aftertaste is not lingering, but it has the typical alcoholic assertiveness of sake.
It was a delicious sake for sipping and for feeling the spring ✨.
