Collaboration between Kaze no Mori (Aburacho Sake Brewery) and Shinmasa Sake Brewery.
Both are my favorite breweries so there can't be any mistakes ✨
This was a delicious sake that did not disappoint.
As described in the product description, it tastes and tastes like blue melon, and the 6th yeast is very active and vibrant 😄.
The blue melon flavor and umami spread out and left a lingering aftertaste.
It was more robust than the usual Kaze no Mori ✨.
This time it was a medium-brew, but I've heard that a rough push will be available around the end of May, so I'd like to try that as well ✨.
It was delicious 🍶.
