I go back to my memory with alcohol. I got to the latter half of January. For some reason, I was not really in the mood for sake when I went to buy Sanuki Kuraudai. Putting aside the contradiction of going to buy sake when I was not in the mood for sake, I consulted with the clerk, who recommended this sake. Mizu-hashiroshi, huh... I've never been very good at it. But she says it's good, so I'll buy it. As a result...I couldn't taste it at all! It's so sweet and sour that it's a plum wine. And it's a very strong plum wine. It also has a unique mizu-hashimoto flavor. I have heard that what is good for humans is called "fermentation" and what is bad for humans is called "putrefaction. I couldn't drink it, so I made it with carbonated water and put lemon juice on it. Oh, it was surprisingly good. Surprisingly, it went well. The carbonated water and lemon refreshed the strong sweetness of the sake. In fact, it was a perfect match for a sake that is meant to be mixed with other alcoholic beverages. I finished it in no time. Maybe the waiter had read this far.

One of my favorite breweries ✨ Hizirizm by Sei Shuzo It's been a little while since I bought it, but you said it was an active sake, which means it's a different kind of nigori sake 😅❓ I was told to be careful not to spit it out because it's an active sake, but it didn't spit it out because of the time that had passed. The aroma is a bit subdued🤔. Too bad it's less active but the taste is real ✨. Melon flavor with a hint of rice flavor and a sweetness that isn't too harsh ✨. It's good too 😋.

I couldn't drink it last year. Hana Yuu's Jun Dai Aizan I searched to see if it was about time. I found this store tweeting that they had it in stock. I took the train and bus to visit the store and got it! Slightly fizzy with a light sourness. Gorgeous and sweet ginjo aroma on the nose! It is a good sake! 100% Aizan Polishing ratio 45 Alcohol content 15

Collaboration between Kaze no Mori (Aburacho Sake Brewery) and Shinmasa Sake Brewery. Both are my favorite breweries so there can't be any mistakes ✨ This was a delicious sake that did not disappoint. As described in the product description, it tastes and tastes like blue melon, and the 6th yeast is very active and vibrant 😄. The blue melon flavor and umami spread out and left a lingering aftertaste. It was more robust than the usual Kaze no Mori ✨. This time it was a medium-brew, but I've heard that a rough push will be available around the end of May, so I'd like to try that as well ✨. It was delicious 🍶.

They are always seeking and challenging themselves to make delicious sake. This time it was a test brew from Sei Sake Brewery. This time it was a test brew by Sei Sake Brewery. The yeast is alive and well, and although there are some bubbles, there is almost no tingling sensation and it is easy to drink! It has a really beautiful flavor with no unpleasant taste or peculiarities that are typical of Miyamanishiki. I personally have the impression that it is less fruity and less sweet, but I think it is an excellent sake to complement food 🤔. I finished a bottle in no time at all. It was delicious 🙏.

All of the Hououmida are delicious, but I think this one is the most cosmopolitan, based on both taste and price. It was a really tasty sake with the flavor of Yamada Nishiki and a fruity taste like Muscat, combined with the acidity extracted by Arashiri in a clean and refreshing way. Personally, the red version of the Special is also delicious, but this one is more to my liking. The second day is still as delicious as the first, and it is a must buy when you find it. It was delicious✨.

One of my favorite breweries, Maruichi Sake Brewery, had released an interesting sake, so I bought it, half as a jacket purchase. Last year they used foreign rice, but this year they used Yume Ginka rice and brewed it with black rice malt from Kamigotojima (the same type of malt usually used for Awamori). I felt the spirit of the sake brewery as I opened the package. At the first sip, the black malt gives it an assertive, voluminous, brown sugar-like sweetness, but the aftertaste is clean and rice-flavored, making it a delicious drink. I was so excited to try it that I heated it up, and the assertiveness of the black rice malt became even stronger. If you like Awamori, you'll definitely like this one, but if you prefer a lighter, fruity sake, this one may not be for you. It was an excellent product that made me want to celebrate the possibilities and challenges of sake making. I would buy it again next year✨.

The NIGORI Galaxy Corps is still going strong. The Hiroto River is becoming a household name. When I went to the liquor store where I usually buy Hirotogawa, I saw a young couple who seemed to be unfamiliar with liquor stores. The owner was eagerly serving them. The owner was enthusiastically serving them, apparently recommending Hirotogawa Nigori. I quickly walked in front of them and tried the one I wanted. His penis said, "Oh. I bought it for you." ♀ "It's delicious after all. I'll have this one." I cooperated with the sales promotion. If you drink this, you'll be in a swamp! I opened the bottle. I almost spurted up. It's healthier than last year. Automatic stirring. When I poured it, it smelled like a meadow. Good nigori smells like a meadow. It's sweet and sour with a slight aftertaste. Silky and tart lees. When it hits the clumps, the taste is intense. Smooth on the palate and super tasty. I'm sure the couple will be happy with it.

A bottle you are familiar with. Hirotogawa Special Junmai. I rarely buy a bottle of sake. Because I drink a lot of nama-shu, I usually finish a bottle within a week. I haven't been to this liquor store in a while. The store has been renovated and cleaned up. The display is nice and easy to see. At first, I picked up a four-pack as usual. One bottle... is not enough. Let's buy two bottles. I have a conversation with the owner. It's good to drink Hirotogawa slowly, isn't it? ...Why don't we just buy a bottle? So I bought a bottle. Opening the bottle. Transfer it to a tin chirori. A gentle aroma. The sweetness spreads slowly. I've been drinking it at room temperature because it's an ipponmasu bottle, but it tastes better at room temperature. I'm sure it's also good warmed. I captured it again this year. I'm thankful that it's not so difficult to capture. According to Mr. Usui, this year is the best one. I kept them in the refrigerator for a while after I caught them. Every time I open the door, I'm happy to see Kabutomushi there. It's delicious just thinking about when to drink it. Mazy. Love leaked out. Finally opened a bottle over the weekend. Lemon squash. It's often described as a lemon squash, but this year it's more lemony than last year. There is no sweetness in the first impression. When I went by to buy a snowman, the owner of the liquor store recommended that if you like snowmen, you can get a Koch. I thought that was a good idea, so I went to the liquor store on the day it came in. Everyone is very high on Twitter, Instagram, and Sake-no-Wa. Expectations are soaring. Open the bottle. Nigori sake is first of all the topping off. Rustic yet beautiful sweetness. Milky and grainy a bit at this point. The sweetness is stronger than the snowman. The dryness on the back end is the common denominator. Delicious. It has lightly exceeded my expectations. Mix the lees. I didn't feel it too much earlier, but it's just a bit of sizzling and spilling out. Oh. It's good. As expected, the milky and grainy texture is amplified. The graininess of the rice on the tongue is almost palpable. The sweetness is still evident and assertive, but it hasn't lost its dryness. It's wonderfully delicious all the way through. Terribly well done.

Today is a new moon, following the fertility moon we drank last month. I've been drinking a lot of Saga sake lately. I've had a glimpse of new sake, but it was all nigori, so this is the first time this season that I've had a shiny, new-like sake. I'll have a glass of wine. A wonderfully fresh and fruity aroma. Tropicana. Youthfulness that bounces around on the tongue. Sweet, gorgeous and juicy. Lively indeed. It's like a condensed version of the best part of a new brew. Very tasty. By the way, this is a new brew, right?

It hasn't been snowing in Kanto yet, but it's getting to be like winter. It's December, and everyone is drinking so much that I can't resist opening it. Open a bottle and pour into a glass and you'll see a meadow? Walla? Smells like. First time. The smell of alcohol? The scent from the glass? First, the supernatant. In the mouth, the pear? A pear? The sweetness like a pang. The crispiness and crisp acidity break it up. It has a dairy-like mellowness to cover it. The back end is very dry. It's crisp. What is this? The clear top layer is too delicious. The anticipation is nodding and tangles the lees. ...Huh? Sweetness? Where's the acid? Where's the dairy factor? The lees have all but disappeared. It sounds crisp and refreshing, but I feel that it is flat and has lost its ups and downs. But it's refreshing and has a bitter finish. Once it got a little hotter, it started to taste sweeter, but... Mmmmm. It tasted better in its supernumerary form! Did I get my hopes up?
