Sake after a long absence from the liver.
Seishuzo is one of my favorite sake breweries.
They are always seeking and challenging themselves to make delicious sake.
This time it was a test brew from Sei Sake Brewery.

The yeast is alive and well, and although there are some bubbles, there is almost no tingling sensation and it is easy to drink!
It has a really beautiful flavor with no unpleasant taste or peculiarities that are typical of Miyamanishiki. I personally have the impression that it is less fruity and less sweet, but I think it is an excellent sake to complement food 🤔.
I finished a bottle in no time at all.
It was delicious 🙏.
