I had the good fortune to purchase this ✨ It was my first time to try aromatic sake, but as expected from Genshu Mai 😂. It's a one time fire-refining so it's easy to drink without any crackling. It's a badass 😂. I was expecting it to be a bit more aromatic since it was called aroma sake, but I didn't really feel that 😂. However, I was told that this sake was made with women in mind, so it had a delicious taste that everyone would enjoy ✨. I'd like to try the raw sake next time 😍

Amami's light nigori, so called Momoten 🍑. The pichi pichi yeast is alive and well✨ It tastes like a mature drinkable yogurt, but with a strong ginjo aroma ✨. However, I was looking forward to taking a sip and putting it in the fridge, but when I opened the fridge a few days later, more than half of it had popped out and was gone 😂. Proof that the yeast is healthy 😂. I'll try again next time 😂

I've never had a sake before, so here it is this time ✨. I tried it with no prerequisite knowledge and it is a rich and robust tasting sake 🤔. It gives the impression of a traditional, royal sake. I have the impression that the umami of the rice comes to the front rather than the fruitiness. Personally, I have the impression that it would be delicious if it were heated up 😆. I drank it all before heating it up 😂.

When people ask me what sake I recommend, I always tell them this one. It is shipped in late December every year, and I have always bought several bottles to stock up for several years. It is a medium-bodied sake made from Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 35%. The yeast is alive and the piquancy is a nice accent, and the aroma and mouthfeel are gorgeous and fresh, my favorite taste✨. Will definitely buy again at the end of the year😃✨

Our favorite sake brewer, Sei Shuzo, is trying his hand at brewing various kinds of sake✨. This is another interesting sake 🤣. This is the mother of sake that the sake is made from 😂. The alcohol content is around 5%, but even before you open the bottle, you can feel the bubbles and the yeast is alive in the bottle, which makes you love it 😂. The taste is... It's a really adult calpis with a bit of sourness, but you can drink it in a big gulp ✨. Personally, I find it very sweet, so if you're a sweet tooth who doesn't like sake with high alcohol content, you're in luck ✨. Great new challenge 👍

I bought this guy for the New Year's holiday ✨ I'm too lazy to open it now😅 Personally, it's my first Hana-yori. ‼️ Take a sip with high expectations: ...... Yummmm... ☺️ I could understand how you all describe it as pineapple ✨. It's fresh, but also very tasty and really good 😋. I would buy it again if I had the chance ✨

This is a Kurogyu Junmai Daiginjo from the Nate Shuzo brewery in Wakayama. It was originally from Nishiki Honten, a sake shop in Sendai, but I don't understand the relationship properly. 😅💦 However, it was delicious, with a strong and distinctive Kurogyu flavor. 😆✨ I had the impression that the bitterness became a little stronger after the second day 🤔.

Snowman⛄️ So vibrant that the lees were flying up when I opened the bottle ✨. It's more delicious than the one we had a year ago, with less sweetness and more umami 😋. We had the UA Usagi label but it was almost twice the price 💦 so the Snowball was still the best ✨.

One of my favorite breweries ✨ Hizirizm by Sei Shuzo It's been a little while since I bought it, but you said it was an active sake, which means it's a different kind of nigori sake 😅❓ I was told to be careful not to spit it out because it's an active sake, but it didn't spit it out because of the time that had passed. The aroma is a bit subdued🤔. Too bad it's less active but the taste is real ✨. Melon flavor with a hint of rice flavor and a sweetness that isn't too harsh ✨. It's good too 😋.

Suidama" is the second product following "Hana Yuu", which was completed under the supervision of Takagi Shuzo, the brewery owner of Jyushiyo, with technical cooperation in rice selection, brewing and storage methods. This is the first Junmai-Ginjo of Suitama, brewed with Yamadanishiki, which a farmer in the Yamada district of Yuzawa City, Akita Prefecture, Ryoseki Shuzo's hometown, dared to grow in the cold region. (This sake was brewed together with the local farmer's challenge and his passion. The collaboration is wonderful✨) The taste of Yamadanishiki spreads on the palate while the mouthfeel is clean and dry. It was a really beautiful sake ✨✨It's definitely delicious 😋. (Too short for my vocabulary 💦)
