Takachiyo Junmai Daiginjo Orikarami (Halloween Werewolf) Halloween version of Niigata's Takachiyoh Junmai Daiginjo Orikagarami The label is cute, isn't it? Not so cloudy as orikagarami, but sweetness and aroma like pineapple and citrus! Fresh and delicious! I enjoyed it with cheese!

A limited edition sake at Hasegawa Sake Shop! A four-part bottle of this high-class sake costs 2,500 yen (for me, who always drink cheap sake...). Kamenoi Sake Brewery, established 150 years ago, made this sake with a mysterious sake rice called Koratoh....................a sake that makes you want to pay a little more! Sake from the Yokota Sake Brewery in Gyoda, Saitama Prefecture, which we received. I drank it for the first time, and it was delicious! It has a strong rice flavor, but also a melon-like sweetness!
