A good one from Asahi Shuzo of Kubota! It's a very tasty sake with a clean, uncluttered taste! It's dry but really beautiful. They must use good rice and water! It was a gift, but 28% polished rice is amazing! The price is also amazing, but...

This was the first time I bought Murayuke and drank it at home! I had an image of Murayuke as a more robust but sweet sake, but it is a summer sake with a sharp taste! It's like a summer sake! But the sweet and delicious taste is still Murayu! Summer sake is good again this year...

Shangiku OCEAN99 Junmai Ginjo Aomi Sake with aroma and sweetness typical of Kangiku, but also has a sharpness typical of summer sake. The 99 series is really tasty at an affordable price...I want to drink it forever!

The NeoCup series are all inexpensive and quite tasty. This one is a little rare one that you can't find it sold very often. It's light and fruity at 12 degrees Celsius, but it's rather light and dry.

Koshi LODESTAR LODESTAR means the North Star. I like the label "LODESTAR". Delicious! Refreshing but tasty! This is one of the best sake I have ever had! The sweetness is strong, but the richness of the flavor is wonderful!
