The supernatant has a dry taste with a sizzling carbonation, a light sweetness, umami, and bitterness that is quickly snapped back into place. Personally, I find it a delicious sake with a similar sensation to the taste of Machida Sake Brewery.

Tenbi for the first time in my life.
Here are my impressions after drinking Tenbi after Kangiku.
The supernatant has a slight sweetness, a chirichiri sensation, a slight spiciness and bitterness, and a smooth, crisp finish.
When mixed with orikiri, the flavor of the rice can be felt even more. It is refreshing and easy to drink.
