This is the first sake from Shinshu in my life 🍸.
The taste of "Tsukiyoshino" has a gentle sweetness and quite a bit of acidity that fills the mouth, and the alcohol and spiciness give the impression of a clean and crisp taste 🍸✨.
It is brewed by a female toji who trained at Okazaki Sake Brewery, famous for Shinshu Kamerei, and according to Hidebo at the sake store, it is "getting better and better every year" ✨.
