It starts out banana-like, but has a sharpness to it. The aftertaste is bitter and could be more delicious with the right combination. However, I don't like it so far.

I was able to drink an ash of Shinsei at the standing bar at Akita station. It was the best and the best. I was so excited that I even compared the prices of the drinks for 1,000 yen. I want to live in Akita.

It tasted like it would be perfect for a reasonably priced food wine. The acidity was rather strong and not my favorite type. It is refreshing and delicious.

Rokugou Namagoshi Tokubetsu Junmai Fire-ignited It is delicious. It was very delicious when I paired it with tsukudani (food boiled down in soy sauce). It has a slightly bitter taste, refreshing and noble.

I can only say that it is delicious... I drank it at the bar in Gransta at Hasegawa Sake Shop and thought about saving it for immediate purchase, but I still opened it.
