しろくま
It starts out banana-like, but has a sharpness to it. The aftertaste is bitter and could be more delicious with the right combination. However, I don't like it so far.

Very tasty combination of spicy miso gakko from Akita. Also with chirimenjako (dried young sardines). The aroma is very good
