A loud bong sound at the same time as the rubber shield was removed. I'd done it. The lid was held in place, but it spilled a lot.
I had been cooling it properly.
Rumney, good citrus aroma. I spilled it so loudly that I could fully enjoy the aroma. I guess it was done....
It is naturally gaseous or carbonated. The aroma when it passes through the nose is a bit harsh. It's a little bit strong.
It is sweet but has a nice bitter taste at the end. I wonder if it is called a complex flavor. It is delicious.

Pitchy and fruity. Pineapple.
Sweet, but just the right amount of tucked in.
I prefer Sanchi to Nabeshima in terms of its firmness, but this one is good.

Wooden barrels? Hinoki? Aroma is strong.
It is sweet. A little peculiar, but I like it.

It's a little different from what I imagined. It tastes like plum wine.
I still have quite a bit left over, so I'm looking forward to seeing if the taste will change.
