I could drink it again this year! I wonder if it has a drier aftertaste? I'm a little worried if my taste buds have gone crazy or if I'm getting it right, but it's delicious 😋I wanted to drink it with meat, but I finished it first, so it didn't happen 😢.
The day I happened to drink it was the fifteenth night, and I was moved 🥺 It's a long and gentle lingering feeling, but it's so full of melancholy that it almost brings tears to my eyes, and I feel a sense of deep sadness, but in a good way! I felt autumn 🌕.
I've had a different brand of Senbon-Nishiki and thought it was super refreshing, but it was totally different! I didn't realize how different it was when the brand name was changed even though it was junmai ginjo hi-ire and the rice was the same... I preferred Jikin!
This is the first time I've heard of what is called "summer sake"! I'm still learning about sake, but there are still things I don't know about it that I enjoy 😀 I felt it was a summer sake in that sense, as it was one of the most refreshing of the Jyushidai! It was delicious. ☺️
Kochi yeast CEL24 has a fruity, apple-like aroma and a pleasant sharpness typical of Bishou! The sweetness is well balanced with a refreshing aftertaste.
I compared the Bordeaux glass with the Burgundy glass☺️ and the Burgundy type was better as the aroma came through directly! It's been a long time since I've had a drink with a fresh feeling of gas, and it's so delicious that I can't stop drinking it!
First time to try Rikuwada bottle-fired sake😊It has a fruity aroma, soft and not too sweet, and the bitterness is almost hidden, which gives it a gentle feeling.
22% beautiful sake! My family was surprised that I froze for about 30 seconds to taste it 😅I'm a sake novice so it took me a while to taste it, but I imagine it was carefully made!
