Jikon純米吟醸 千本錦
umiI've had a different brand of Senbon-Nishiki and thought it was super refreshing, but it was totally different! I didn't realize how different it was when the brand name was changed even though it was junmai ginjo hi-ire and the rice was the same... I preferred Jikin!
