umiThis is the first time I've heard of what is called "summer sake"! I'm still learning about sake, but there are still things I don't know about it that I enjoy 😀 I felt it was a summer sake in that sense, as it was one of the most refreshing of the Jyushidai! It was delicious. ☺️
