Event. Toast Festa 2024". The venue is covered with a roof and is suitable for all weather conditions. ☀️☁️☔️ It is nice that it is connected to the roof of the nearby shopping arcade. Sake. The color is like a sports drink. The smell is not taken... On the palate, it has a thin sweet taste and a slight hackles. It is refreshing 🙄. Furthermore, it is refreshing through the throat. Overall, this sake is refreshing and seems to bring good fortune 🍶😊.

◎ Aroma is fruity. (Melon-like). Good taste. Slightly sweet. Sweet taste. Clean aftertaste. Delicious. The color is distinctive.

Purchased on a visit to Sano in early spring My grandmother was tending to the store and was taking a nap. She was looking at the sake and I woke her up. I asked her how old she was. She was 94 years old and very accomplished! She even let us taste the sake! Looking at the label... It's made by Yokota Sake Brewery in Gyoda City! I didn't realize it until I drank it! I wonder if they brew other kinds of sake here as well. Mouthfeel Room temperature immediately after opening the bottle The first sip is a bit peculiar. A few days later, cold. I like it this way. Alcohol 15%. Preferred 2.9

初戎　新酒　無濾過生原酒しぼりたて本醸造　70％　18度 1月、栃木にゴルフに行った帰りに購入。初戎とは縁起よさそう。この日のゴルフは散々だったので、せめてもの慰めに日本酒晩酌だ。一口目。甘辛で強めにインパクト。乳酸香アリ。アル添の味がきてややラフに着地。栃木名産の湯葉を一口食べて、またトライ。強めの味わいに生酒感はちゃんとある。しぼりたてに偽りはない。が、やっぱアル添が気になりスライスでバンカーへ。そのあとバンカーで二度叩き、途方にくれかけた頃、、。揚げ物に移行し起死回生のグリーン前まで運ぶ一発。うまく味が絡み始めた。その後はまあなんとかカップイン。という流れで評価☆☆☆　　　20200110
