National Sake Fair 2025 Day 2 part51
Hiroshima 1
Hiroshima booth, I only drank Mitani Haru at the end of the first day, so I'm going to attack the ones I don't know even more.
Yoshigen Sake Brewery in Onomichi City.
It looks like a sake brewery located near Onomichi station, an easy place to visit!
Polishing ratio 60%, medium-bodied Shin-Senbon, 15-16 degrees, Sake degree +1, Acidity 1.6
1870 yen
More fruity than expected. There is too much gap between the label and the sake😅.
This brewery quit brewing their own sake in the 1980's and now consigns it to Kyokuho Shuzo and Miyake Honten.
Searching the database for the manufacturer's unique symbol, it seems that this product is manufactured by Miyake Honten of Chifuku.

Good evening, bouken!
I've been to Onomichi many times, but I didn't know there was a sake brewery there 😲.
I'm going to visit Onomichi again this year, so I'll do a little reconnaissance 🥰.

Hi Gyve, Hello ☀.
I have a feeling that you are not well known even though you are in an easy location to visit 😅.
Gyve-san's brewery visit and review 😊.
