National Sake Fair 2025 Day 2 part64
Tochigi Ai 🥰③
Yoshii Sake Brewery in Sano City.
As it says on the label, they outsource the production to Yokota Sake Brewery, which brews Nihonbashi in Saitama.
Polishing ratio 60%, domestic rice, 15%, price unknown
The label says it's 15 degrees though the information they gave me says it's 17 degrees.
It tastes like a junmai ginjo but has a nostalgic flavor like a honjozo. No one else seems to be drinking the same label, so I don't know the specs or other details.
I even had a person from a certain brewery pour me a bottle of this sake, but he was silent the whole time 😅.
I sometimes come to department stores, but I feel like they're getting saltier and saltier.
