This is the sake we received at the "Yasubeya Sake Brewery Opening". It is a Niigata sake. Joshika Kamoshika ? Recently, Niigata's sake is also fruity. The 3rd picture is other sakes we received! I received a lot of them so I omitted posting 😅🙇🙇🙇.

Yasbaye family's warehouse party⑭ Even after thoroughly tasting the 12 bottles selected by Yasubeyes (Hexagon is treated separately), the sake party is not over yet🤣. Next up was the bouken challenge sake from Yasubeyesan, who wanted to serve sake that Sake-no-wa legend bouken had not yet drunk. I mean, Yasubeyesan likes bouken too much 🥰. Junmai Jyoshika Midori This sake was purchased by Yasubeyesan as part of his assistance at the Japanese Sake Festival. It is beautiful despite its 90% rice polishing ratio, and has a complex sweet and savory taste with an umami aftertaste. See bouken's review for the results of the challenge. Since I am also a fan of bouken, I decided to launch a petit negative campaign, saying "You guys don't know bouken behind the scenes..." 🤣. For some reason, Mr. Bouken often comes up only when it's just the two of us 🤡🐺.

Good evening, Mr. Nemuchi. I seem to have a weakness for standing drinks, and it seems to be triggered only at such times 🙄. I wish they would make it mandatory to distribute vomit dispensers like they do at the National Sake Fair 😌.

Good evening, bouken, speaking of which, you always appear on the way home from tasting events 🤣When you are walking around and drinking standing up, be careful 😁If you use a spitting cup, you have about 2 paper cups and it's much easier 🥛.

Yasbaye family storehouse opening party⑭ It looks like the sake obtained at the Japanese Sake Festival, where Yasubeyesan was a volunteer staff member. I wanted to try a sake that I have never had before. This sake was prepared under the title of "boken challenge". I'm not sure what it is, but... Actually, I had already had it at the June Kokusyu Sake Fair😅. He was very disappointed with my reaction 💦. The specs are very sharp with 90% rice polishing ratio. It's also priced very aggressively. The top aroma is kind of blue, like grass. It has a unique taste, but the sweetness is quite good. It tastes just as strange as the impression I had when I drank it at the Kokusyu Sake Fair. I won't try it again! But I had never tried Sekimusume, which I brought to last year's Sakai Off-line Meeting, so please don't give up and try again 🙏.

Hello bouken! I also went to the Kokusyu Sake Fair, but I couldn't find this sake and I believed the staff at the Japanese Sake Festival told me that it was the first one to be opened in Kansai 😀. I've already got a new sake and I'll try again 😇

Hello Yasube! There were so many varieties at the Niigata booth that I almost missed it too💦. I don't think anyone from the brewery came to Kunisake, so I think it's not wrong that the Japanese Sake festival is the first in Kansai 😊. Please challenge me again 🙇.

National Sake Fair 2025 Day 2 part59 Niigata (1) Koyama Sake Brewery in Joetsu City The brewery had decided to close down due to a lack of successors, but Biotech Japan, a manufacturer specializing in plant-based lactic acid bacteria, who was interested in sake production, took over the business and kept it going. Kakoshika" is a Japanese word meaning "brewer's aroma" in Japanese. Polishing ratio 90%, Gohyakumangoku 14 degrees, Sake degree -19, 2640 yen Some websites say it's -26% Sake. It's sweet and tasty, but a little peculiar. It tastes beautiful, but it's hard to believe it's 90% polished rice. I was surprised when I checked the price after I got home. The price and the taste are out of balance 🤔.

Echigo Kenshin SAKE Festival 2024 12 Brewing aroma. It is a sake made mainly from rice that has had its protein removed by a fermentation method. The brewery has taken over the business. I had a bottle of Sake Sake last year, as I recall. I see that they are taking over the old and trying new things.
