Recommended by the store because I like New Deal's wines - and it was really good! Great for drinking at home, goes well with a little spicy Hunan food!
8% Fine Rice Buho
There is an interesting story at the back: the rice eliminated by Yamada Nishiki was made into a fine wine and ground to the size of a grain of salt.
Shinsei sake will disappoint you forever, but Kakiyasu's Juki-Soba is even better!
It is also known as "Cosmos".
The "Kosmos Nobukou" is the first rice variety produced in Akita in 1959 that is suited for sake brewing. It is a sibling of Miyamanishiki because of its parentage of "Nobukou 190". However, the taste of "Miyamanishiki" gives the impression of being hard, while "Koso-Shinko" is smooth and smooth.

Brewed in 1996, it already has the taste of aged wine, and the color is very dark, very similar to the kind of wine brewed by grandpa in the countryside.
