Flax Cat is one of the private labels. In addition to the usual sake koji, it is brewed using shochu koji (white koji), which has a strong acidity. With almost no alcohol weight, it has a light, sweet and sour taste that is completely different from other sake. Mega-arama (a kind of "mega-mara-ma")
The aroma is fruity, but the taste is quite refreshing. There is no tingling sensation from the alcohol, and the sake seems to go well with Japanese food.
Fruity flavor. The rice polishing ratio is 50%, so there is almost no cloying taste and it is very refreshing. The weight of alcohol is not so heavy, and you can drink it as much as you want.
The crisp flavor is followed by the weight of alcohol. It is very tasty with just the right amount of carbonation. This sake seems to go well with Japanese food.
It is very tasty with a lot of flavor.
After the fruity flavor spreads, there is a crisp aftertaste. I think it is a delicious sake on its own or with a meal.
It seems to contain a lot of umami for a 50% rice polishing rate.
It seems to have a lot of umami for 50%, but I personally prefer it when it's a little cleaner.
This sake was made with the image of the Asagimadara, the only butterfly that can cross the sea.
The overall taste is dry, but the sweetness and flavor can be felt. A delicious sake that goes well with meals.
