Sake with a strong sweetness. It is easy to drink at first, but the sweetness lingers in the mouth for a long time. Not bad at all.
Weak aroma. When paired with the plums we got together, the sweetness disappeared 💦 and it was like alcoholic water.
It tastes better without any garnish.
