Ken
A break from the busyness of the beginning of the year is a hana-yosu, which I stocked up on at the end of the year.
Several years ago, I first drank Miyamanishiki at a certain izakaya and enjoyed it so much that I have been searching for this brand ever since.
Memorandum] My personal impression.
I prefer Hachitan-Nishiki about an hour after opening the bottle rather than after opening the mouth.
The aroma is stronger than other brands, which I really like, but it seems more subdued than Miyamanishiki.
The acidity is strong and gradually starts to coalesce, and after an hour, it is full-bodied, and I found myself going through about 3 gou of the bottle.
Life is full of many things, but I am grateful to be able to nourish my energy with something I love and that tastes so good.
I look forward to a world where I can socialize with my friends without hesitation.
I look at it as a time to deepen my life, even if it means a little patience for a while.
Just as alcohol seeks time to mature.
