[Addendum] 2025/02/15. It has been 3 weeks since the opening of the mouth. To be honest, my impression of the base is that I prefer "1 week after opening the mouth" the best. This year has had many cold days in the past few years and the sake was delicious. Additional note】2025/02/01 After leaving it for a week, it had changed to my highest preference. It was a style of drinking sitting directly on the table, not on a chair, but I kept on drinking and when I came to, I just turned it over and fell asleep. I'm glad I didn't spill my drink. This is a perfect repeat when I find it. ーーー... My first "Sake Mirai". The first sip gives the impression of "clean" and "watery" in one word. After a little time, it becomes creamy. Perfect with tofu in kombu broth 👌👌.
