I asked the manager for a recommendation today because the usual clerk at my usual liquor store was serving me and I could not make a decision.
I told him that I liked the most recent "Nisato no Aizan", "Saku no Megumi no Ji", and "Huang Suisen", and asked for a recommendation for "Hi-ire", and this was it.
My impression was honestly neither good nor bad.
Not bad, but not impressive either.
I think the entrée would be better suited to a stronger flavor.
