Original Sake with Otake? They use sake instead of water in the process of making sake. But it is 16 degrees Celsius. It is not filtered and is very cloudy. It has the texture of koji and is slightly effervescent. Easy to drink. It is delicious! I drank it by accident and got drunk.

It was my favorite sake among all the sake I drank at this restaurant. It was easy to drink and tasty. At Akatsuki no Kura in Yokohama. I think I like light sake more than thick sake.
