Daiginjo from Ote Hakutsuru. Easy to drink but with a tangy finish. I drank Kabutomushi on the same day, a delicious sake that was too easy to drink, so it was nice to be able to buy it at a convenience store or supermarket, even if the relative rating was too strict.

Purchased at Yamatoya in Hiroshima. It is easy to drink and will be gone soon. The sourness is perfect for summer.
