The first shot of the New Year! AKABU Junmai Daiginjo🍶!
The aroma and taste are very mild. The moment you taste it, it has a slight tanginess that is typical of AKABU, and it also has a citrusy flavor. It is not as sharp as junmai sake.
Junmai sake is probably the best AKABU sake, but not necessarily the most expensive.
But, as I found out after comparing them, AKABU is generally tasty.
