I found the unusual label at my local liquor store and bought it. As it says on the back label, it has a nice citrusy aroma and is delicious. Unfortunately, it also has a strong sourness, which is unique to sake, so I can't help but feel that it fights with the citrus.

A stable brand. It's as stable as it gets. It has a freshness that comes in easily. Then, a refreshing spicy taste spreads from there. But it doesn't have a harsh taste. It is a high level dry sake.

The mouthfeel is unique, as if it were some kind of liqueur. I wonder if it is the result of suppressing the smell of making a traditional yeast.

When I was told that it was made with wine yeast, I imagined it would taste like white wine, but I was betrayed in a good way. The taste is as thick as making a traditional yeast mash.

The first smell is like peach juice. LOL! It's a light and refreshing drink, but I'd like to see more of a base flavor.

It had an interesting flavor that was not only crisp and dry, but also thick and dense as a base.
