I was struck by the overwhelming presence of hiyaoroshi when I compared hiyaoroshi at a local sake bar in front of Mito Station and bought it!
It may not be strictly speaking hiyaoroshi because it is a draft sake, but I don't care.
Aromas of butter and milk caramel in a grassy, mellow taste.
Strong but mild and mildly smooth taste.
It has the flavor of a well matured nama-shu.
Good for drinking at a leisurely pace
It may be that I am from Ibaraki, but it seems Ibaraki-esque to me.
Perhaps it is the proximity to my hometown and the fact that I drank when I was young.
Sweet.
Has a sweet sake feel
Slightly effervescent and tangy
A little heavy to be served with rice because of the rice malt
I think it's good to drink it as a snack.
Delicious!

Sasame Sohei Shoten brews the sacred sake of the Kasama Inari Shrine, one of the three great Inari shrines in Japan.
This junmai ginjo has an impressive, robust flavor. Combined with a slight sweetness, it is extremely delicious 😍.
When I visited Kasama Inari a while ago, I bought this sake at Sasame Sohei Shoten, a sake brewery literally in front of the gate. Futanayama Shoroku, a sake dedicated to Kasama Inari, of course.

Next, after paying a visit to Kasama Inari, we went to Sasame Sohei Shoten. We then went to a soba (buckwheat noodle) restaurant on the street in front of the gate and had a glass of Sasame Sohei Shoten's Shoroku along with their specialty Soba Inari. The menu said it was simply local sake, but it was, of course, Shoroku.

Some time ago, on my way back from a pottery shopping trip to Kasama, I bought this bottle at a roadside station. Named Kasamashiko, it is one of a set of three sake bottles from Kasama and Mashiko.
It is a light and easy to drink sake.
Ibaraki Purchased during a visit to the Kasama Inari Shrine
I saw some sake when I visited the Kasama Inari shrine, so I bought some to try 💰 I didn't know that was the brewery in the first place!
Funaguchi reminded me of Kikusui for a moment, but that was Funaguchi...
I guess the meaning is almost the same?
Nice to meet you Sasame Sohei Shoten!
I opened the bottle right away 😊...it's delicious😊.
Tastes like muscat with a refreshing sourness
Quite my favorite taste!
Thank you for your hospitality 🎉.
