Junmai Ginjo Yamada Nishiki" is my favorite sake in Nabeshima. It has a refreshing sourness in the mouth, and then the sourness disappears and the freshness remains, leaving a refreshing and slightly spicy taste at the end. The finish is crisp and clear. It is always good. I will drink it carefully. Thank you for the drink.

We compared the Hayashi Series' Dewa no Sato, Dewa Sanshu and Miyamanishiki. Dewa no Sato is a nice sake with a refreshing and crisp finish. (I'm sure I'll drink it incessantly.) Dewa Tsannan is a sake with a great taste in the mouth and a crisp finish. Miyamanishiki is a sake that leaves a lasting aftertaste in the mouth. The Hayashi series was delicious and quickly disappeared. That's just my opinion.

I had a chance to visit Toyama, so I received a bottle of Katsukoma Daiginjo Tokugin. It is a nice sake with a refreshing taste and a crisp aftertaste in the mouth. My wife drank more than me. We enjoyed it very much.

Today, when I looked at the liquor store, they had Nabeshima and I could only buy one bottle per person. When I went home and tried it, I felt a flush sensation in my mouth, a sweetness at first and then a spiciness in the second half. The aftertaste is nice and crisp. This is just my opinion. Nabeshima is a very good sake, no matter which kind you drink.

We went to a restaurant that I was taken to when I was in Yamaguchi on a business trip. We had a ginjo. Due to Corona's influence, there were a lot of Ichiban Kata's 1 bottle. I was told that President Putin drank this sake when he came to Japan. We were given about two masu of this very precious and delicious sake. Thank you very much for the drink. If you have a chance to visit Yamaguchi, you should definitely try it.
