We toasted our 30th wedding anniversary with Toyo Bijin Ichibanchu Junmai Daiginjo. We thank you for all you have done and continue to do for us. Toyo Bijin Ichibanten is a delicious sake that has a fruity and tart feeling in the mouth, and then a dry feeling that spreads as the fruity feeling disappears. This is just my opinion.

I was recommended by the staff to drink the Shinsei No6. We compared three kinds of No6, X-type, S-type and R-type. The S-type was easier to drink than the R-type, and the X-type was even easier to drink. It is only my feeling. Thank you to the clerk who recommended it to me.

It was my first time to drink Kuroryu Jun Gin. The sake rice is Gohyakumangoku, so I was looking forward to drinking it. Before drinking it, it had a distinctive aroma, but when you put it in your mouth, it was different from the aroma in that it was refreshing and had a nice crisp finish. This is just my personal impression. The whole bottle was gone soon.
