I drank it before and liked it so much I bought another bottle and let it sit for over a year and a half.
It smells like apples and clay. It has a yellowish tinge.
The first taste is green apple and the second one is matured and bitter. It's totally delicious, but I'll buy the fresh one again!

I find sake from Kanagawa surprisingly tasty, but I probably wouldn't choose this one based on its appearance....
