[Re-posted] The aroma is somewhat subdued. The aroma is almost sour. In the mouth, it was quite firm and sweet. The color was golden and beautiful.

My first time drinking sake. I was awakened to the deliciousness of sake at Ponshu-kan in Niigata. The sake had a thickness of minus two orders of magnitude and a flavor like a pineapple. It was like white wine.
