A fresh and refreshing citrusy scent A little tangy on the tongue, but it's soooo light. The sweetness and rice flavor spread out on the way, and the feeling of the sake swelling up is very good. The sweet and soft sourness of the lactic acid is also very subtle. It was a very delicious sake that was well organized.

酒屋おすすめの一本飲み口は柔らかい　途中苦味が来るけどそれが良かった後味はキリッとしていて、引き締まる後半にかけて良い新潟のこだわりの米で出せる、流行に流されない味わい
