Shirakawa Village Junmai Daiginjo CUVEE45
It seems to be a limited edition sake of 1200 bottles made with rice and water from Shirakawa village.
I bought it on a trip to Shirakawa-go, so it was higher than my usual 2,000 yen budget😅.
So, it is delicious! The sweetness is strong when you drink it, but then the sourness and spiciness follow and it has a nice sharpness. Delicious and lingering😊.
