Is this the first brewery you've encountered? I thought it was, but when I looked it up, I found that the main brand name was Hokosugi, which I knew (^_^;). It has a slight effervescence, with a subtle sweetness and a nice transition from sourness to spiciness. The overall image is refreshing. I love the feeling of the slight gunpowder of nama-zake!

The first time I saw Isoboam on sale, I bought it immediately! After the sweetness is felt, the spiciness spreads to the mouth. After the sweetness, the spiciness fades away. It had the fullness of a Junmai Daiginjo, but was drier than I expected. It was delicious 😊.

Since I was in Nagano, I wanted to try a local sake! So, I chose it. I am glad that it is sold at convenience stores these days. It has a sweet taste in the mouth, followed by sourness and bitterness, and is overall dry and refreshing. I think it is a good sake for a mealtime drink.

It has been a long time since I have had Tenbi. It has a good balance of sweetness and sourness, and the slight bitterness from the bitter taste disappears quickly and is refreshing. It is still delicious. When I drink sake, I tend to think of it as Japanese food, but today it was a casual match. I think it can be matched with many things.
