This sake is produced by Imuraya, a well-known maker of azuki bars and meat buns. It seems to be manufactured in a commercial facility called Vison, which was established in the town of Taki in Mie.
The mouthfeel is delicious, with a decent sweetness and sourness, a little fizziness, and a clean aftertaste ^_^.
