しんくんI finally opened the door!
Not because of any special event or happy occasion.
It was simply because I wanted to drink 😆.
Of course, it's delicious ❗️
It's a Junmai Daiginjo, so it has a sweetness to it, but I love how you can really taste the rice flavor 😋.
I think the rice flavor and sharpness is the key to Sake 😋.
Shinshu Kamerei is all high quality and makes a difference 👍.
But sometimes I want to drink rough sake with a lot of bitter taste.
Sorry for my boasting 🙇.
