We got a bottle of Banshu Issen Hiyayogoshi.
When I opened the bottle and drank the sake that had been bottled over the summer, it was a little bit shrizzy.
It was a little bit shwashy.
A hint of ginjo aroma. It tastes like lychee.
The sweetness is strong, but the sharpness is good.
It was an easy-drinking sake.
