It has been a long time since I got Houou Mida. It is also
Junmai Daiginjo brewed with Nikko no Goshinsui.
When I opened the bottle, I was surprised at the carbonation!
The fine bubbles are tremendous.
The balance of sweetness and acidity is wonderful.
It is suitable as a summer sake.
This was also a ramune for adults.
