I might be able to drink Niigata sake, which I am not very good at..., so Hakkaisan it is.
It was a second fermentation sake in bottle, fizzy like a carbonated drink.
I should have tried a more normal one.
It was delicious, though.

I drank it at an izakaya and enjoyed it so much that I bought it again.
As a food sake. A little strong.
My first instrument Masamune.
Refreshing and refreshing. It had no peculiarities and was easy to drink.
Would it have been better to drink it in summer?
