Recommended at the liquor store. Summer sake.
Refreshing and crisp. A little tangy at the back of the throat.
Maybe not suitable for a mealtime drink, but you can enjoy it with simple snacks and sips.
Famous Sake by Famous Toji
I had it for the first time.
I did not feel the harshness or bitterness of sake at all. One of the two easiest drinks I've ever had!
Sweet? Fruity? But not sludgy at all.
It was over in an instant...
I'll go back to buy some more.
I compared it with my favorite work, Hououmida.
It's a little thin, but it's clear, crisp, and easy to drink. If you want to drink it easily, it is Yamamoto.
I'm sorting through the photos I've saved up.
I thought I drank Horai's Akaban 7 as well. All of Hourai has just right balance of sweetness, gorgeousness and fruity feeling.
They are all easy to drink.
Matsu no Tsukasa Top Quality Sake
I am a fan of Matsu no Tsukasa, and this was the best of all.
There was nothing difficult to drink.
I bought a bottle for a gift, and in the confusion I bought a 4-pack for myself. I'm glad I bought it. When will I drink it again?
Nagahama People's Local Sake Project Yamaoka Sake Brewery
Compare with Tomita Shuzo.
The smokiness is strong. Hmm, it's a little peculiar.
The taste changes so much with the same sake rice in the same place.
Nagahama People's Local Sake Project Tomita Shuzo
Faintly mellow? Ginjo? It has a sour taste.
It is easy to drink, but...
Personally, I don't like it...
Sweetness right in your mouth! It's a little like juice and easy to drink. Is it because the sake rice is Yamadanishiki? The taste of the base sake is the same.
I'll buy it again.
I'm not good at drinking in Niigata. That's why I put up a check-in.
But I think it was still easy to drink. Is it spicy to the touch in the throat?
Is there anything easier to drink?
The first sake from Ishikawa prefecture. (I thought it was, but it wasn't.)
It tastes a bit smoky... Hmm... Maybe it's not my favorite. I'm still stuck in the "fruity" trend.
Posting Azolla again. I wrote it was spicy before, but today it's sweet. Is it because I drank it after the kuheiji? Has my sense of taste changed?
Anyway, I can enjoy Matsu no Tsukasa even more than before.
I wasn't a fan of the foaming sensation of Jyoshito Kuheiji, but now I can enjoy it. Does this foaming sensation also vary depending on the product?
Wine-like appearance, low sweetness, but gorgeous.
I thought it was a sake to enjoy drinking at the beginning of a meal, just like sparkling wine.
