From Matsumoto Sake Brewery of Sawaya-Matsumoto.
Slightly fizzy, acidic, and refreshing.
I drank it at a hotel in Kyoto and enjoyed it, so I bought it as a souvenir.
It seems to be limited to Kyoto.
I am not a fan of Niigata sake in general, and Midorikawa is no exception. But when I opened the bottle and drank it after a while, I was surprised to find that it tasted surprisingly good. It tasted surprisingly good.
Even though it was refrigerated, the sake had been opened for a long time, so it must have deteriorated, but...
Maybe it is a problem with my palate, but sake is difficult to drink.
AKABU Yamada Nishiki
Moderate sweetness. The taste is clean and refreshing. It was crisp and refreshing.
The back of the bottle says, "Like the sky of Iwate...". I see.
I was thinking it had been a long time since I had seen a red armored car.
I looked back and it was 2 years ago.
I guess I didn't drink that much...
Maybe I just didn't write it down...
Recommended at the liquor store. Summer sake.
Refreshing and crisp. A little tangy at the back of the throat.
Maybe not suitable for a mealtime drink, but you can enjoy it with simple snacks and sips.
Famous Sake by Famous Toji
I had it for the first time.
I did not feel the harshness or bitterness of sake at all. One of the two easiest drinks I've ever had!
Sweet? Fruity? But not sludgy at all.
It was over in an instant...
I'll go back to buy some more.
I compared it with my favorite work, Hououmida.
It's a little thin, but it's clear, crisp, and easy to drink. If you want to drink it easily, it is Yamamoto.
I'm sorting through the photos I've saved up.
I thought I drank Horai's Akaban 7 as well. All of Hourai has just right balance of sweetness, gorgeousness and fruity feeling.
They are all easy to drink.
Matsu no Tsukasa Top Quality Sake
I am a fan of Matsu no Tsukasa, and this was the best of all.
There was nothing difficult to drink.
I bought a bottle for a gift, and in the confusion I bought a 4-pack for myself. I'm glad I bought it. When will I drink it again?
