This is my first Akabu. I thought it would be a trendy fruity and sweet sake, but it is quite moderate. At first sip, I felt the impact was not strong enough. However, while eating, the sweetness and umami do not get in the way. It is a modern style sake, but it is basically a food sake and you will never get tired of drinking it. I finished it right away.
